Biography

Graciela Bloch is an associate attorney at Burns and Hansen, focusing on real estate litigation, estate planning, probate disputes, and civil litigation.

Graciela has significant experience in addressing landlord-tenant disputes, including rent escrow matters, evictions, illegal activity provisions, and local and state ordinance violations. Graciela also has experience drafting wills, documents signing over power of attorney, and health care directives. Graciela is able to guide clients through the delicate process of placing loved ones or vulnerable minors or adults under either guardianship or conservatorship, or otherwise removing them from those constraints if circumstances warrant. Graciela also advocates on behalf of clients in high-conflict probate disputes involving real property, personal property, and monetary assets. In civil litigation, Graciela is able to represent clients at each stage of the legal process, from discovery to mediation to motion practice to trial.

Graciela leverages her diverse background and experience to advocate for her clients, issue spot from a variety of perspectives, and assist clients in making the best decisions possible in their cases. Graciela is a focused listener, devoted to understanding her clients’ experiences and goals in order to obtain results that her clients need and expect.

Graciela attended the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Women and Gender Studies, where she focused on learning the dynamics of domestic violence. She earned her law degree from Mitchell Hamline School of Law.

After graduating from law school, Graciela began her career as an Associate Attorney at a local family law firm, where she gained experience in family law, real estate litigation, and estate planning. Graciela is passionate about helping domestic abuse victims, representing them in harassment restraining order proceedings and domestic abuse proceedings throughout the Twin Cities metro area.

In her spare time, Graciela enjoys reading, traveling, attending live-music events, and spoiling her nieces and nephews.
